100 grams of red lentils
2 medium size potatoes
1 medium size onion
2 carrots
1 Lt of beef broth
1 tea spoon salt

Pot the lentil, potatoes, onion and carrots into a pot. Pour the beef broth into the pot as well and boil them all. Make sure the potatoes are well cooked by sticking a fork into it. Separate the water from the rest by a sieve. Place the potatoes and the rest into a blender and make sure it is like a paste. You should also pour slowly the previous water which we separated into the blender and mix it all. Take out and serve it in a plate.
