Tripe Soup

Tripe Soup

1 lb. tripe
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of flour
2 eggs
4 cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 table spoon vinegar

Wash the tripe, boil in a pot with the onion for 20 minutes. Take the tripe to a separate pot and throw away the onion. In a small bowl , mix the egg with the flour and pout the mixture into a pot . Heat it up and stir constantly. Don't let it boil. Add the diced tripe to the soup and cook 5 more minutes. Serve it in a bowl.

In a separate bowl mash the garlic and fill it up with vinegar. Let the people pour this mixture on their bowl as they wish with a spoon.
