Wash the tripe, boil in a pot with the onion for 20 minutes. Take the
tripe to a separate pot and throw away the onion. In a small bowl , mix
the egg with the flour and pout the mixture into a pot . Heat it up and
stir constantly. Don't let it boil. Add the diced tripe to the soup and
cook 5 more minutes. Serve it in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mash
the garlic and fill it up with vinegar. Let the people pour this mixture
on their bowl as they wish with a spoon. |
