1/2 cup of rice 1/2 cup of
flour 1/2 cup yoghurt { any sort will do fine- fatty or no fat } 2
egg yolks fresh mint or dry mint 1 cup beef broth 1 spoon of
olive oil 2 cups of water
Boil rice, water and broth together.
Mix egg yolk, flour and yoghurt in a bowl. Add this mixture slowly into
the boiling rice and cook for 5 minutes. Put the mint before you remove
from the fire. And serve with desired salt.
